What I Do
Therapy is a deeply personal journey of self-exploration and healing. I am here to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can unpack your challenges, reconnect with your strengths, and thrive. ​I have been in practice for more than a decade. I use different therapeutic techniques and interventions to meet your needs. I primarily work with cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and narrative therapy. I also use Jungian archetypes to help clients identify underlying patterns, themes, and symbolic narratives in their lives to foster healing and self-discovery I am licensed and qualified to supervise LPCC therapists working toward LPC.
